Bitcoin always goes through various phases during a Bull Market. The most difficult phase for everyone to identify is the market top, but there are some clear signals that help us identify it.
After the halving, Bitcoin goes through an accumulation phase, in which the attention of the masses towards the asset is always very low. This phase usually lasts 7/8 months. This is the slowest and most boring phase, and serves to reduce the interest and enthusiasm of investors, to the point of making them think that no Bull Market will happen.
This is also the phase we are currently in. In this phase, BTC lateralizes for months, while most of the alts lose share also due to their very high dominance.
The main and most thrilling phase is the parabolic phase also called Banana Zone. Precisely because in this phase, like the shape of the banana, the Bitcoin graph rises in a parabolic and sharp way.
The immediately following phase is the best part of the Bull Market, because it mainly affects alt Coins. In fact, in this phase Bitcoin stabilizes and begins to lateralize. And the alts literally explode, with dominance reaching the lowest levels. This phase generally lasts 2/3 months maximum, but 95% of the profits are generated in this time interval.
The next phase is the collapse, when the bubble bursts. Bitcoin and all the cryptocurrencies following it collapse in a few weeks. It is therefore important to take profits gradually so as not to risk seeing all the profit wasted.
In the next few months we will enter the parabolic phase, therefore the most electrifying one.
