Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB)

BITB launched by Bitwise Asset Management was listed on NYSE and value calculated using the CME CF Bitcoin reference rate has recently proposed an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF)
Recently, the fund submitted an application to the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a "Bitcoin Standard" Company ETF to provide exposure to companies with the following conditions to adopt the standard.
a. $1,000 BTC value
b. $100 million market caputalization
c. Daily Liquidity of $1,000,000
d. Keep private 10% of their stock
Example,
MicroStrategy owns 444,262 BTC, would dominate the fund, even though Tesla, with its 9,720 BTC, has a much larger market cap.
To ensure balance, no single holding can exceed 25% of the ETF.
