If money money will not chargeback to my account its means i have to forget about this all money , seller took 25000/- extra from me and asking for more 50000/- infront of binance he didn't even send the account statement video proof anything just send whatsapp chats which he created himself and when i said to binance about this so binance told me that we already freeze his fund means they think they freezed buyer usdt which he took all payment from me and took extra 25000/- and binance claimed that usdt is not mine , this is seller usdt , and guyz i have 1000 usdt in my account and binance freeze my p2p and withdrawal also means my all money and savings is freeze in this case and seller enjoy with my money , he took all his payment and get extra and didn't send any evidence to binance and guyz binance do mentally tortured daily when ask about my fund they daily ask me something like video kyc , pdf of 3 months video proof of payment then after i gave everything they said u have to go bank and report wrong transaction, they think bank will give my money back which i transfered 10 days ago and seller daily calling me and blackmailing me for more money for release guyz if anyone have any solution about this plz help me 🙏😭 im tired now binance and seller both want to cencel appeal and order i think

Scam aleart ‼️ never do p2p on binance or never buy on p2p u can sell on p2p and uts really easy to scam someone like they did to me , the seller sent me 2 bank details and both are third party and i did payment from my same kyc to seller and send screenshot, after that seller said me he didn't get the payment then binance asked for video proof of payment and i sent all payment video proof to binance then binance asked to seller for receiving account video proof then seller told to binance he haven't access of that account , he said the account he(seller) sent me is not his account he sent account is someone else account which is get from whatsapp and he sent whatsapp chat to binance for proof then binance asked me for pdf of last 3 month which sent to him and asked me for video kyc which i also did then binance told me that you have to recreate a video of payment , i did it too , now its day 10 and binance asked for chargeback payment of payment and i m tired of that , end the seller(scammer) asked me for more money to release usdt , first he asked me about 75000/- rupees and that time im runout of money , but wanted to send money bcoz that time I realised binance is full support in seller favour, and the evidence seller sent just whatsapp chat , binance see all chats between me and fraud seller , he blackmailed me for more money and all and still supporting him then , and today seller asked me for 25000/- rupees for release in binance chat box infront of binance, I arranged that money and i took a loan also for my first transaction to seller i sent 25000/- to seller and send video screenshot then he asked about 50000/- more in chats then i sent the screenshot to binance and again they asked for video of 25000/- instead of aksing seller to why he asked me more money , then i sent video proof of payment and again binance said to me for chargeback from bank , it means binance dont take any garantee of your payment , check me second post bcoz i have more ss

$BTC $USDC #P2PScamAwareness 2 days ago i wanted urgent money so created a ads for p2p and then 1 scammer join and did mark as paid without payment and said plz release my fund🥲 i know binance will unfreeze my fund but i wanted urgent money that time , then I arranged from other source , then yesterday i want to trade on future so I waited for unfreeze my amount but it didn't release then I purchased 1849 usdt from seller for doing trade and he didn't release the usdt till now , now he said I didn't rcvd the money and i sent all the proof and statement videos to binance and he didn't shared single proof from that bank account which he shared to me and share another bank account video🥴 and binance freeze my this fund also , iknow it will also release in some time but my purpose for selling and buying both are failed successfully so never ever trust p2p for urgent money needed , it will take days or week also be safe

My 1000 dollar is stuck , he didn't share anything or any type of payment screenshot neither video of payment still binance gave time again again to him its been 2 days now and he didn't share any proof of payment , and i purchased 1839$ from seller and he got the payment i shared everything every proof to binance, statement videos of payment and still my usdt not release yet and seller didn't share his account statement just saying again n again (he is fraud he send details on whtsapp) which i dont even know , isent total payment to his account which he shared in binance window,
