I have been a big supporter of this chain since its launch.
Today, after having invested 100s of dollars, i open the app and see that i can no longer sign in to my account for some reason. Aside from that, the only login method is using a phone number. Having lost access to my phone number, this put my entire investment in the Ton chain down the drain.
I am deeply disappointed and starting to think again how secure and reliable this chain is, being on an app that can take all your money from you in a second
