I need an explanation. Since yesterday, I have tried to reload many times but still cannot get rid of that red line. According to the X Moonbix page, my account is listed in the fraud list.
I need a valid reason from Binance for not providing evidence as to why my account was locked. I have tried to contact Binance support but was unsuccessful. I made a complaint but it was ignored, and they promised me another 24 hours.
Don't give me a reason that I have more points because I spend nearly 15 to 20 hours every day playing moonbix. Just because I play better than others and spend more time playing, does that mean I should be listed in the fraud list?
Why is verification being done right at the time of this event so that my account cannot participate in the event?
Why do this without a valid explanation? I need answers, not vague responses to brush off the issue. This is a competition based on skill, and I strive to make it onto the leaderboard just to receive rewards, and because I play more than others, my account gets locked?
I am a long-time user of Binance who has always trusted and followed the rules, so why do something so disappointing? Is this how Binance operates fairly? Is this how a top global exchange works?
