Time flies, three years have passed, what have I achieved besides becoming more mature? After encountering Pi Network, I learned a lot about cryptocurrencies and blockchains, and participated in dozens of free mining crypto projects . We are thrilled to announce a major technical upgrade in the Mainnet migration mechanism that resulted in more than double the speed at which Pioneers migrate to the Mainnet!
In this technical upgrade, we optimized the algorithm managing the migration process, the queues of migrating Pioneers, the additional checking and examination subprocesses, and its interactions with the Mainnet blockchain. Such optimization, based on much effort and multiple rounds of iterations and testing, makes the migration process more efficient and leads to higher throughput of migration overall.
