Why I expect $ETH at 3100.
Let's start with the weekly chart. It marks the main liquidity that the price aims for, as well as the area of price inefficiency (Imbalance) that the price needs to fill.
On the daily chart (Fig. 2), we can see that there has been a change in the price movement character (which happened this Sunday). After that, the price rapidly moved to fill the imbalance on the daily chart. If we look at Figure 3, we can see that at the moment the price is in the premium zone, right at the filling of the imbalance, but there is no liquidity above, and there are stop losses of long traders below.
Based on my reflections, I expect the price to move to cover the imbalance in the zone of 3100-2700, after which the asset will be marked up to the next liquidity zone (4800).
