Outdated marketing: The strategy is stuck in the past. Car ads, stiff social activities, lifeless tweets. In today's market, this strategy is neither relevant nor effective.
Telegram disaster: The worst user experience ever. TG is filled with scam calls, slow chats, and ignorant admins. It's time to migrate to Discord for a cleaner and more constructive experience, clear out the bad blood, and start fresh.
Unoriginal moves: A few days later, copying @litecoin's mascot and repeating tweets (for example, Ansem vs Bitboy is like Tyson vs Paul). If you can't be original, at least follow quickly.
Sonic Timing: Since developers can wait and directly launch on Sonic, why develop on Fantom now? It makes no sense to migrate weeks later.
Old capital only: Collaboration news has no impact and hasn't brought in new funds. For new investors, it's now hard to buy $FTM .
Forced memes: Incubating memes through corporate activities? Counterintuitive. Memes must grow organically. Instead, wiser initiatives should be funded, such as AI-driven meme agents or projects with viral potential. The last thing meme projects need is to succeed by getting foundation airdrops.
