Today the MICA law will finally be fully activated in the European Union, so $USDT should be delisted from the major exchanges.
According to the law, all stablecoins must be issued by licensed electronic money entities, and their reserves must be backed by at least 2/3 or independent banks.💥
This has led to different exchanges, including Binance, delisting the currency in the region.🤷

The market is based on these fluctuations, so consider, first, not panicking and second, using other stablecoins, like $USDC .🚀💵
In some way, this seems to be the first step towards a transition to what will be the new global financial system, where regulations will be part of daily life, and where stablecoins like USDC and RLUSD will have a clear path to becoming the main stable exchange currencies.

I suspect that within 2 years, you won't even be able to buy XRP anymore. XRP was designed to be a bridge currency and not to be bought and sold on exchanges. Once Ripple wins the SEC lawsuit, you'll start to see its price increase significantly; as it will be the only currency that is considered not to be a security and it will have legal clarity that will allow for broad adoption by US financial institutions. Shortly after that, I believe Ripple will no longer release XRP from custody to retail exchanges, even if they relist XRP on their exchanges. It will only be released for on-demand liquidity purposes for financial institutions. However, before retail investors are shut out, I think this can easily exceed the US$ 150 mark. My only concern is how will the buyback from retail investors be handled when we can no longer buy it on exchanges; because the end use of XRP is to be a stablecoin used in the XRP Ledger as a bridge currency between all digital assets, including all digital fiats. It has been calculated that once fully adopted as a global bridge currency, it will cost approximately $$ 35,000 to $$ 50,000 per XRP coin. Of course, we won’t see these extremely high prices by the time we are delisted without collective action
