This index is used to evaluate the price of Bitcoin and determine the appropriate time to buy. A value of <span is the bottom-buying range; 0.45-1.2 is the fixed investment range; 1.2-5 is the bull market range; >5 is the high-risk range. The current value is 0.82, which is within the fixed investment range.
2. Two-year MA multiplier indicator
This indicator shows that Bitcoin is below the green line and is still in the bottom-buying zone in the long term.
Note: The Two-Year MA Multiplier indicator is designed to be used as a long-term investment tool, and it highlights the periods during which buying and selling Bitcoin will yield huge returns. To do this, it uses the 2 Year Moving Average (equivalent to the 730-day line, green line), and the 5x product of that moving average (red line). Historically: When the price falls below the 2-year moving average (green line), it is a bottom-buying signal, and buying Bitcoin will generate excess returns.
