Binance will delist trading pairs of non-compliant stablecoins for users residing in the EEA on 31/03/2025
Dear Binance users, In accordance with the [dernières directives des autorités européennes concernant les stablecoins](https://www.esma.europa.eu/press-news/esma-news/esma-and-european-commission-publish-guidance-non-mica-compliant-arts-and-emts), we are evolving the availability of non-compliant stablecoins in the EEA to comply with regulatory requirements. The affected assets are USDT, FDUSD, TUSD, USDP, DAI, AEUR, UST, USTC, and PAXG. Trading pairs of compliant stablecoins with MiCA regulations, such as USDC and EURI as well as fiat pairs (EUR) remain available and are not affected by this change. We recommend that you [convertir](https://www.%suffixOrigin%/%locale%/convert/USDT/USDC) your non-compliant stablecoins (for example, your USDT) to USDC, EURI, or fiat currency EUR as soon as possible.
Emmanuel Macron reacted on X/Twitter following the arrest of Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram.
I am reading false information here about France following the arrest of Pavel Durov.
France is more than anything attached to freedom of expression and communication, to innovation and entrepreneurship. It will remain so.
In a state governed by the rule of law, on social networks as in real life, freedoms are exercised within a framework established by law to protect citizens and respect their fundamental rights.
It is up to the justice system, in total independence, to enforce the law.
The arrest of the president of Telegram on French territory took place as part of an ongoing judicial investigation. This is in no way a political decision. It is up to the judges to decide.#Telegram #info
