Participants from the first phase testnet can register their stakes on the Babylon chain for the second phase.

In this phase, Babylon will launch a test version of its proof-of-stake chain, secured by both Babylon and Signet Bitcoin stakes. This includes stakes from the first phase testnet as well as newly created Signet stakes. Babylon has stated that the testnet will only utilize simulated test tokens, specifically signet Bitcoin and test Babylon tokens, and will not provide any incentives.
