MicroStrategy has announced a special shareholder vote to expand its ability to raise capital and purchase Bitcoin. The company plans to increase the volume of Class A shares from 330 million to 10.33 billion, and preferred shares from 5 million to 1.005 billion. These changes are aimed at implementing the "21/21" plan, which provides for an active increase in $BTC reserves.
Many of you may buy bitcoins in the next minutes, if by any chance you are reading my post. 🚨🚨🚨DO NOT
The vol(usd) has been decreasing since this morning falling from 99B to 68B , while the price stayed fixed around the resistance level, the buyers are getting hopeless to cross the current resistance level. A bloody wave is coming soon enough.
Switching to the another thought , many of you must have heard about the whales manipulation,
the first crash was : 🤜 from 107k to 98k
The second was : 🤜 from 98k to 92k
Those crashes were all followed by a short recover. The whales tend to make the unconfident traders sell their stocks, so they can benefit from it
🔥 I believe the next and last one will let $BTC drop to 85k before it finds its way up again .
It may drop even more as much it is needed until they make the trades lose confidence, after all, it’s their objectives. So be careful
keep an eye on the vol too, it’s been decreasing since this morning, it means the buyers are getting hopeless from the thought of crossing the resistance level

The $BTC market has recently experienced a pullback after reaching record highs earlier this week.
This happened because of the :
⭐️Federal Reserve's Monetary Policy Outlook
⭐️Rising Treasury Yields
⭐️Profit-Taking by Long-Term Holders
⭐️Broader Market Pullback
Despite this pullback, Bitcoin remains significantly higher than its levels earlier this year, reflecting ongoing investor interest and market optimism. Analysts view such corrections as typical in volatile markets and suggest that Bitcoin's long-term bullish trend remains intact.
