Reposting this because strange things are happening here. I posted this yesterday, but it was gone when I checked today. It could be a system error or a bug—no need for conspiracy theories.

Many have asked if Binance could have executed a sell order in my Spot account. To clarify, I'm sharing my conversation with support, where they confirm that trades were closed automatically. According to the new MiCA regulations, USDT trading rules were set to take effect on July 1st. Yet, Binance closed Spot trades and executed a BTC sell order on June 28th.

While I only faced a minor loss of 40 USDT, I can't help but think about how many others might have suffered significant losses due to Binance’s apparent lack of commitment to its users. Just to be clear, this is simply a vent.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Binance. They sold assets from my lead spot trader session, causing losses. They claim the new MICA Stablecoin Rule mandated it. At the very least, they should have notified me to take action. How secure are our funds on Binance really? #Binance
