At first, I thought if I disciplined myself to only 3% leverage, I would never get burned. I quickly traded some Alphas and made a few times, each time earning 10 - 40u, thinking this was a bright opportunity to make money.
When I got into $BEAT & $PIPPIN, I made a few gains when I just peeked in. So, I thought I could jump back in quickly like before, but it surged up, and I hastily DCA'd twice early, and it continued to rise. I tried to hold the position, and several times I could have cut losses at a loss level of 400 - 800u but regretted the money and thought it was just junk, it couldn't keep rising => The mistake here continued until $BEAT pulled back 1 bar after 1.24, thinking it would drop further but didn't cut.
In the end, there was no opportunity to cut. That's the story of a friend, not mine; the market is indeed cruel, so everyone remember to manage your capital well, I'm copying this post to warn everyone.
