A network HAS to be:
- Open: no limited, restricted or preferential access
- Without borders: totally international, does not exclude geographies
- Neutral: You should not limit transactions for any reason
- Censorship resistant: must be technically impossible to censor
- Public: open source, verifiable and transparent
If a network does not meet those 5 conditions it is a "junk network"!
