Literally the same fear indicator when BTC reached 18.000, which of course means noobs eating all the bear news like free candy.

This market in particular EXITS on the premise of PvP, and if you lose, you have no one but yourself to blame, even if it's at least for the fact you entered a market you knew nothing about.

Oh yeah, institutional money falling to #btc was inevitably gonna have an obvious effect, namely the market becoming more "whalish".
And yes, they will efff about as much as they can to create a market inconsistency that makes you question even your religion.
