Hello Binancian:

Binance will admit the merger of tokens Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) and SingularityNET (AGIX) with Artificial Superintelligence (ASI).

GENERAL 

  • Deposits and withdrawals

    • Starting 7/1/2024 at 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals from Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN), and SingularityNET (AGIX) will be suspended. Be sure to allow enough time for your FET, OCEAN, and AGIX deposits to be fully processed before this time. 

    • Once this event has been completed, Binance will publish a new announcement to inform users when ASI deposits and withdrawals will be enabled.

    • Once the process is completed, FET, OCEAN and AGIX deposits and withdrawals will no longer be supported.

  • Binance will take care of all the technical requirements of the users involved in this process.

  • For more information, users can refer to the project team's announcement.

Merger details

  • FET, OCEAN and AGIX tokens will take over the ASI ticker on Binance.

  • All FET, OCEAN and AGIX tokens will be exchanged to ASI in a ratio of:

    • 1 FET = 1 ASI;

    • 1 RATING = 0.433226 ASI;

    • 1 AGIX = 0,433350 ASI.

Spot

  • On 07/01/2024 at 03:00 (UTC), Binance will delist and suspend trading of all spot trading pairs for FET, OCEAN and AGIX. 

  • These are the specific pairs that will be removed: AGIX/BTC, AGIX/FDUSD, AGIX/TRY, AGIX/USDT, FET/BNB, FET/BTC, FET/BRL, FET/FDUSD, FET/TRY, FET/USDC, FET /USDT, OCEAN/BNB, OCEAN/BTC, OCEAN/TRY, OCEAN/USDT.

  • All trade orders will be automatically deleted after trading ceases on each respective pair.

  • Binance will terminate Trading Bot services for the aforementioned Spot pairs on July 1, 2024 at 03:00 (UTC), as applicable. Users are highly recommended to update or cancel their Trading Bots before the termination of services to avoid possible losses.

  • On 5/7/2024 at 08:00 (UTC), trading will be enabled for Spot trading pairs ASI/BNB, ASI/BTC, ASI/BRL, ASI/FDUSD, ASI/TRY, ASI/USDC and ASI /USDT. 

Margin

  • Binance Margin will delist the Cross Margin and Isolated Margin pairs of AGIX/BTC, AGIX/USDT, FET/BTC, FET/USDT, OCEAN/BTC and OCEAN/USDT on 2024/06/26 06:00 (UTC).

    • On 6/21/2024 06:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will suspend isolated margin lending for the margin pairs mentioned above.

    • On 6/26/2024 06:00 (UTC), Binance Margin will close users' positions, conduct automatic liquidation, and cancel all pending orders of the mentioned Cross and Isolated margin pairs. You will then proceed to remove these pairs from margin trading. 

  • Users will not be able to update their positions during this delisting process, and are highly recommended to close their positions or transfer their assets from the Margin wallet to the Spot wallet before the cessation of margin trading on 6/26/2024 at 06:00 (UTC). Binance will not be responsible for any possible losses.

  • Margin Wallet users are advised to transfer the mentioned tokens from their Margin wallet to their Spot wallet and replenish their margin balance, if necessary, before 2024/06/26 06:00 (UTC) . Users should carefully monitor the Unified Maintenance Margin Rate (Uni-MMR) to avoid potential liquidation resulting from the removal of tokens from the Margin wallet. 

  • All FET, OCEAN and AGIX balances in the Cross Margin wallets of the Portfolio Margin account will be automatically converted to USDT starting 2024/06/26 06:00 (UTC). The conversion may take approximately 24 hours or more. Binance Margin is not responsible for any losses on new positions during this period due to the conversion of funds. Please see these FAQs for more information. 

  • We will make a new announcement to indicate when they will be re-listed. 

Loans

  • On 2024/06/25 03:00 (UTC), Binance Loans (flexible and stable rates) and VIP Loan will close all outstanding loan positions for FET, OCEAN and AGIX (both loanable tokens and credit tokens will be closed). warranty). Users are highly recommended to repay their outstanding FET, OCEAN and AGIX loans before 2024/06/25 03:00 (UTC) to avoid potential losses.

Earn 

  • On 6/28/2024 03:00 (UTC), Binance Simple Earn will no longer support FET, OCEAN, and AGIX Flexible and Locked products, and subscriptions will no longer be available. 

    • Flexible Products:

      • For existing subscriptions, FET, OCEAN and AGIX balances in Simple Earn Flexible products will be automatically refunded and credited to users' Spot wallets after 2024/06/28 03:00 (UTC ). Binance Simple Earn will help affected users re-subscribe to ASI's Flexible product, according to the previous exchange ratio after the event is completed.

      • Users can also choose to redeem their assets from FET, OCEAN and AGIX Flexible products at Simple Earn at any time before 2024/06/28 03:00 (UTC).

    • Blocked Products

      • For existing FET Locked product positions:

        • These positions will be converted 1:1 into ASI Locked products starting 7/5/2024 at 04:00 (UTC). 

        • To opt out of the conversion:

          • Users can choose to refund their FET Locked products before 7/1/2024 04:00 (UTC).  By opting out of conversion, assets will be returned to users' Spot wallets (with interest deducted for early redemption) within 72 hours or prior to the removal of FET Locked products as of 7/1/ 2024 at 04:00 (UTC).

          • Positions of FET Locked products that are already in the process of being redeemed before 7/1/2024 04:00 (UTC) by users will not be counted towards the conversion of FET Locked products to ASI.

        • Conversion details:

          • All remaining open positions of FET Locked products will be automatically refunded to users' Spot wallets starting 7/1/2024 04:00 (UTC) to process the FET to ASI conversion. Interest will not be deducted.

          • The converted ASI will be used for automatic new subscription as ASI Locked product before 7/5/2024 04:00 (UTC) depending on the previous subscription amount in users' FET Locked product if they did not opt ​​out participate in the conversion.

      • New ASI Blocked product positions subscribed:

        • Interest will be distributed on a new locked position.

        • Locked durations will be reset to a subscription date prior to 7/5/2024 (UTC) (for example, the FET Locked product position at 30 days with 7 days until expiration will be reset to 30 days until expiration for the new product position Blocked from ASI for 30 days).

        • To unsubscribe after conversion, users can choose to redeem their assets early from ASI Locked products (where interest will not be deducted) before 7/19/2024 04:00 (UTC).

Binance Pay

  • On 7/1/2024 at 03:00 (UTC), Binance will remove FET, OCEAN, and AGIX tokens from the list of supported cryptocurrencies on Binance Pay.

Gift cards

  • Starting 6/28/2024 (UTC), Binance will no longer support gift card creation on FET, OCEAN, and AGIX.

    • Users may proceed to redeem any FET, OCEAN and AGIX gift cards that have not been redeemed for FET, OCEAN and AGIX tokens by 6/28/2024 (UTC), but redeemed tokens will be subject to automatic conversion to the new ASI tokens.

    • After 6/28/2024 (UTC), all unredeemed FET, OCEAN and AGIX gift cards will automatically be converted to the new ASI tokens.

Convert

  • On 2024/06/20 03:00 (UTC), Binance Convert will delist FET, OCEAN, AGIX and all associated pairs.

Binance Automatic Investment

Binance Auto Invest will delist FET, OCEAN and AGIX tokens after 2024/06/18 03:00 (UTC). Users can choose to delete plans beforehand. Otherwise, the next recurring cycle of said tokens will not occur.

Buy crypto

  • On 6/20/2024 at 03:00 (UTC), the Buy Crypto feature will unlist FET, OCEAN, AGIX and all associated pairs.
