Terms and conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Reward Rate will be posted on the platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Rewards:

    • The Tiered Bonus APR is offered as an additional reward to the real-time APR. Upon subscription, the Tiered Bonus APR rewards start accumulating on the next day starting from 00:00 (UTC). The reward distribution will begin on the next day after the accrual starts, between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) and will be deposited into the user's Spot Wallet.

    • All users who subscribe to Flexible Product Special Offers on Simple Earn will receive Real-Time APR and Tiered Bonus APR rewards for up to 5 days during the promotion period. Users can renew their subscription for this offer during the promotional period, but the total maximum reward duration remains at 5 days. Final rewards will be accumulated on the promotion end date and delivered the following day. New subscriptions made on the last day of the promotion will not accrue Tiered Bonus APR rewards the following day. After the promotion ends, users will only be eligible to receive the Real-Time APR rewards.

    • The Tier Bonus APR constitutes the "Tier Bonus Rewards" which are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the applicable Tier Cap for each token. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.

  • Users can view their Flexible product assets via Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Flexible.

  • Refund time for Flexible Product Subscriptions: Instant.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the Binance program code or interfere with the operation of the program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify, in its reasonable opinion, any participant who acts fraudulently or fails to comply with the applicable Terms and Conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
