As usual, there are not many tasks and the steps are quite simple.
1: Open the official website

Follow the process steps.
2. Cross-chain using XY Finance
Open the website and connect your wallet: https://app.xy.finance/
You can choose to use different networks to cross to zkevm (depending on your needs)
Enter the cross-chain amount and click swap&bridge.
Confirm in the wallet and wait for 2 minutes.
3: Use Quickswap for interaction and cross-chain
Open the Quickswap website: https://quickswap.exchange/#/
Link the wallet, select zkevm as the wallet network
Choose any two tokens and enter the exchange amount
Click on redeem and confirm with your wallet.
Then open the wallet, select Activities, and find the hash value you just exchanged
Return to the task interface and fill in the hash value just now
Click on verify.
4. Use quickswap to go long or short (optional)
Open the website: https://perps.quickswap.exchange/#/trade
Connect the wallet and select the zkevm network
Use the matic you just exchanged to double your long or short positions (this way there will be no risk of liquidation)
After you are done, just close the position after a while.
