Why has the market become like this now?
Two words: liquidity, bull market inertia.
Compared with the previous rounds of bull markets, the liquidity of this round is obviously worse.
One is at the national level. Since the storm that year, the pricing power of encryption has now been transferred to the United States, and the United States has been slow to return to the track of large-scale money printing;
The second is at the retail level. The United States has been working hard, but there are only 300 million people in the country. On our side, on the one hand, the threshold for retail investors to enter the circle has greatly increased compared with before, and on the other hand, everyone has not been so rich and enthusiastic in recent years.
Third, in the previous bull market, we boasted about this and that, as if we really wanted to change the world. This is like the story of the wolf coming. Once or twice, someone believed it, and three or four times, the ball rolled eggs. So you can see that there are not many people bragging in this round of bull market, and the few who tried to brag have not blown up any big waves so far, and no one believes it.
Poor liquidity has led to the following market situation:
1. The big cake aunt at the top has risen too much, and the ETF expectations have been blown up. When the expectations really come out, instead - that's it? !
2. The tail of pure garbage such as meme has soared, and the funds are limited. The big sedan chair can't be lifted, so it has to lift this short, flat and fast.
3. The middle market value of the target is not big or small, and the reason is the same as above.
In addition, due to the existence of the inertia of the bull market, although the market can't go up, it is not easy to fall, so it has become the current bird.
Remember that the master said that the era of the bonus in the currency circle was over before the New Year, and many people sprayed; the market has risen in the past few months, and some people have dug graves.
But from a big level, it is actually right. Now the increase list has new faces every day, and the market below the increase list is collectively fluctuating and falling. Is it really a bonus? Can you really make a lot of money from it?
It's not that I don't believe that there will be a big increase later. It's just that this may really be our last round of crazy bull market.
