The author draws his conclusions based on the similar behavior of the chart relative to the support/resistance zone and the moving average:
“Altcoins are getting closer and closer to a breakthrough!
The chart looks exactly the same as it did in November 2020, right before it jumped about 1000%
Will this pattern repeat itself?”
As has already been written, it is embarrassing that the previously unpopular idea of an alt-season has already spread to the masses this summer. If the expectation becomes universal, the chances of fulfilling it will become much less.
