Processing information is the same. Every day, we are bombarded with a lot of information noise. People’s memory is not reliable, and the information that can be loaded into the head is also limited. If we do a good job of “collection”, the structure of information will be clear at a glance, and only then will truly effective information enter our field of vision, rather than spending most of our time and energy on judging noise and exhausting ourselves.
