Financial marketplaces in the Russian Federation were allowed to issue digital financial assets
On June 14, the State Duma adopted in the third reading a law allowing operators of financial platforms to issue or exchange digital financial assets. Interfax reports this.
Through such marketplaces, citizens can receive banking and insurance services, services on the securities market, and also make transactions with financial instruments.
The law will come into force on the date of official publication.
