My advice: Never go short
I say you can earn up to 1x from short selling. Some people say you can earn 50% from short selling from 100 to 50, and 80% from 50 to 10. This is already over 100%. In fact, you earn from short selling until you close the position. The price difference, the closing price cannot be a negative number, and your profit will never exceed 100%
But going long is different. Doubling it is 100%, doubling it 10 times is 1000%. The profit margin of going long at the bottom is much greater than the space of going short at the top.
Moreover, there is no fault tolerance in short selling. If it doubles, you will collapse. However, it is common for bookmakers in the currency circle to pull the currency 10 times, thousands of times, or tens of thousands of times. Can you withstand the risk of rising prices?
Once you understand this truth, you will know that the profit margin of short selling is too small and the fault tolerance rate is very low. Only fools will do short selling.
