Charles Gasparino: There is a lot of talk about the SEC wanting to declare Ether a security, which would remove it from the category as a commodity. How will this affect spot ETFs?
Larry Fink, BlackRock CEO: I don't think... I can't really comment on this... but I don't think that classification will have much of an impact...
Gasparino: So even if ETH is a security, you can still launch an ETH spot ETF?
Fink: I think so, yes.
