Ethena will airdrop 750 million $ENA tokens on April 2 and list them on CEX

According to official sources, Ethena announced that it will launch the ENA airdrop and go live on CEX on April 2. Any user who cancels the pledge, unlocks, or sells all USDe before this date will not be eligible for the airdrop, except for Pendle YT holders. The total amount of the airdrop is 750 million tokens (5% of the total supply), which can be claimed for a maximum of 30 days. Any unclaimed ENA will be redistributed to second-season users after this period. Over 90,000 user addresses are eligible for the airdrop, and the top 2,000 users in the points ranking and YT token holders of Pendle will initially unlock only 50%, with the remaining 50% being unlocked linearly within 6 months. In addition, 3% of the total supply (0.15% of the total supply) will be distributed to SchizoPosters and Redacted Remilio Babies NFT holders. The total supply of Ethena (ENA) tokens is 15 billion, with an initial circulating supply of 1.425 billion. Core contributors and investors will be allocated 30% (locked for 1 year), ecosystem economic development will be allocated 25%, and the Ethena Foundation will be allocated 15%. ENA will be used to vote on governance proposals related to the Ethena protocol. The Ethena Shard event will end on April 1, lasting only 6 weeks, making it one of the shortest pre-token events in the crypto field. The supply of USDe has increased to over 1.3 billion US dollars, making it the fastest stablecoin to surpass a supply of 1 billion US dollars. It is also the highest-earning protocol in the industry, with a 7-day revenue of 8 million US dollars, surpassing MakerDAO's 4.8 million. Ethena Sats (season 2) will start immediately after season 1 ends, supporting BTC as the underlying asset. The Sats event will last for 5 months or until the supply of USDe reaches 5 billion US dollars.
