When I first entered this market, I did not anticipate its harshness, which led to many mistakes and I hope that new friends will not make the same mistakes as me.
1. Investing in coins without discipline: always remember to have a stop loss to prevent the market from collapsing deeply. As for money, there is no shortage of good bets. Normally I often use the OCO order - it is both a profit taking order and a stop loss order.
2. Absolutely no Fomo: this is a taboo in this market. Please imagine that jumping into fomo only helps you earn very little profit but the loss rate is many times higher. Is it worth it? (In the past, I also lost many times because I jumped into fomo and made liquidity for mm☹️)
3. Inappropriate capital allocation: In the past, I often bought the coins I liked without holding any top coins. Especially winning or losing blood makes me bet on the future, sometimes up to 40% of the account. With the mentality of asking for xnxx many times and when bitcoin adjusted, my account dropped heavily. Now I always divide my wallet into 3 parts:
- Top 1: hold $BNB $SOL to 60% deposit.
- Top 2: 30% I hold potential coins
- Top 3: Only spend 10% to scoop lowcap and memecoin or futu
- When trading is profitable, always set aside to buy the top 1 coin
4. Future will not make you rich, it will only make offerings to the floor.
5. Try to follow the trend, don't go against the wave. Just like the principle of train acceleration - once it has increased and the trend is clear, it will continue to increase, if the train stops, it will only be lost.
6. Avoid catching falling knives and should strike when the trend is clear.
7. Patience is a prerequisite to victory.
