How to deal with tilt and fomo? My top 5 tips.
During a bull market and everything but your coins rising, the most important thing is to be aware and act on your own plan.
When I am overwhelmed with emotions and it seems to me that I have to do something, fix something, then I do this:
1. I'm going for a walk
In the fresh air, after just 5 minutes you start asking yourself the right questions, you start talking to yourself in your head. Thoughts return to normal and you rethink what is happening.
2. I listen to classical music
Music helps me get into a calm state and give my whole body a rest. It’s like I stop for a moment and remember why I came to cryptocurrency and whether I should risk everything now for the sake of a common future
3. I talk to my relatives about life in general.
It's a good idea to call your relatives and talk to them about everything that comes to mind. You will remind yourself of the real values in life and rethink what is happening inside you. Your mind will become clearer and you will be at peace.
4. I stop telling myself: “What would happen if I...”
This is our worst quality - trying to change something in the past. In fact, you need to work on mistakes, come to conclusions and correct conclusions, without trying to get ahead of yourself
5. I thank myself for being patient and strong.
Sometimes, in order not to do stupid things, you need to remind yourself who you are, why you are here, what you want from life and how you are going to get it, and, most importantly, remind yourself thanks to what qualities you will achieve all this
