Neutron, ATOM's first consumption chain, has opened pre-launch voting (Proposition 792). Those who have pledged can vote. If the proposal is passed, Neutron will be launched on May 8. Neutron is a permissionless smart contract public chain. At that time, 25% of the handling fees and MEV income generated on Neutron will be distributed to ATOM stakers and validators.
