Cleanspark, a mining company, announced that it will acquire three Bitcoin mining farms for $19.8 million to expand its business to Mississippi. Cleanspark said the acquisition is expected to be completed within 21 days, and these Mississippi data centers will add about 2.4 EH/s of computing power to it.
Additionally, Cleanspark acquired a mine under construction in Dalton, Georgia. The transaction involved an initial cash payment of $3.4 million and a planned additional investment of $3.5 million, with an operational date of April 2024 for the mine.
