1. Holders rewards.

2. #LP rewards.

With the holders reward (3,250,000 LSP for each month) your #APR is dependent on the total amount of LSP tokens in wallets with above 10k LSP. Usually sits at around 1% per month. (Which is 12% APR).

As for the LP reward, 2,305,555 LSP is shared proportionally based on your percentage share of the combined incentivized pools #TVL each month. ($XLM/LSP and LSP/USDC). Last month providing 45,000 LSP and equivalent earnt you 2% for the month (24% APR).
