1. The fluctuations are particularly large at night, so do not place orders after 8 p.m.

2. Strictly set take profit and stop loss. Take profit can be moved, but stop loss cannot be moved. Stop loss means that your direction is wrong, don't be stubborn anymore.

3. Once the loss is stopped, there will be no more operations that day. This step is to clear your mind. Once you lose money, people will be particularly motivated and always want to make money back. Don't do this, opportunities come every day, don't rush.

4. Strictly follow high altitude and low long orders, and do not place orders at will. If you don't get a chance to place an order during the entire day, go short.

In fact, these four points are the key to simplicity. If you can insist on doing the above four points, it will be really difficult to lose money! My principle is that I would rather do nothing than make a mistake. There are opportunities to make money every day. There is no need to rush. Maintaining a good attitude is the key to everything.

In addition, one more thing for friends who like to play copycat contracts: I personally think that the leverage of copycat contracts can be up to 5 times. Any higher is gambling. You can make thousands of U in a day, or you can lose everything in a day. If you want high-multiply contracts, you can choose BTC and eth. For copycats, spot or low-multiplier contracts are the best options.

To my friends who are losing money now, don’t be impatient. I’m still writing this diary. Don’t think about getting your money back in a short time. Keep accumulating every day, maintain a good attitude, and follow my exercises. In the end, You can definitely get ashore.
