Hello!
I am a customer of Binance. I would like to provide some feedback and hope you can reply and assist in addressing my concerns. Last night: on January 5, 2025, Beijing time, while trading the contract HIVEUSDT, I opened a relatively large short position, due to concerns about a potential upward spike, which led to the contract being liquidated. At 20:41:53 and 20:45:24, 20:45:35 on January 5, 2025, I opened long positions in HIVEUSDT to hedge, and at that time my account balance was over 2000 USDT. Based on approximately sixty percent of the amount I selected, I should have been able to hedge and protect the large short position from being forcibly liquidated. However, there was a software glitch, and the long positions were not fully executed, resulting in the contract being liquidated when HIVEUSDT spiked to 0.62900. I was liquidated at a price of 0.6283730, due to a slight price difference. Afterward, I reviewed the position history, order history, historical transactions, fund flows, funding fees, and time-segmented order history, and found that only the time-segmented order history was blank, while the others had records. I clearly remember executing three long positions of approximately 2000 USDT for around sixty percent hedging, but none were fully executed, leading to the anticipated decline in HIVEUSDT being liquidated due to a slight price difference.
I hope that the time-segmented order history can be retrieved from the backend for verification. Due to the software not executing the buy orders in time for hedging, leading to the contract being liquidated, I hope the platform can compensate for the loss of one hundred thousand yuan. If the trading was interfered with by a hacker, I hope the platform can activate the SAFU special fund for compensation. If there is no time-segmented order history in the backend, I hope the Binance platform can improve its record-keeping to fill in the gaps, continually enhancing itself and becoming a world-class enterprise.
