Don't send money to anyone saying it will multiply x10, study and invest money in projects with potential

I'm new to this market, but with little monetary resources, does anyone know of an effective way to mine cryptocurrencies, or some type of app or website that pays in cryptos or cash to be able to invest? Good luck to all!
