Beginner's Guide to Trading Coins
1. Strong coins have dropped for 9 consecutive days from their peak; hurry up and take a look.
2. If a coin has risen for two consecutive days, remember to reduce your position, don’t be greedy.
3. If a coin rises over 7%, it might still surge the next day, wait and see.
4. For strong coins, wait for a pullback before entering, don’t rush.
5. If a coin has been stagnant for three days, take another look after three days; if it’s still not moving, switch.
6. If the coin you bought today hasn’t made a profit by tomorrow, quickly sell and move on.
7. On the gain list, for coins that have risen for two days, you can buy at the low; typically, you can sell at a good price on the fifth day.
8. The relationship between volume and price is very important; trading volume is the lifeline of the crypto world.
When a coin breaks out with high volume at a low level, pay close attention; if it rises with high volume at a high level and doesn’t move, quickly retreat.
9. When trading coins, choose those that are rising, this increases your chances of winning and saves time.
If the 3-day moving average is rising, there are short-term opportunities; if the 30-day moving average is rising, it looks good for the medium term;
If the 80-day moving average is rising, the main upward trend has arrived; if the 120-day moving average is rising, long-term profits are guaranteed.
10. In the crypto world, you can make money even with little capital; the key is to have the right methods, a stable mindset, follow the rules, and be patient.
