FTX has announced that its reorganization plan will officially take effect on January 3, 2025.

The first round of distributions will begin within 60 days after the effective date, solely for approved creditors in the convenience category.

However, the compensation funds available for these creditors will be less than 10%, which will have a limited impact on the market. The main focus will still be on the progress of the second round of distributions.
