An important development for WLFI!
World Liberty Trust Company, which is planned for World Liberty Financial’s $USD1 stablecoin, has received conditional preliminary approval from the U.S. banking regulator, the OCC, to establish a national trust bank.
So what does this mean?
The most important point is that the issuance and custody activities of $USD1 can be carried out under federal oversight. In other words, the WLFI side has taken a significant step toward moving $USD1 into a more institutional and regulation-focused structure.
Especially in terms of institutional investors’ trust, I find this development quite noteworthy.

The World Liberty team announced: The event will run until September 4, 2026. That means the 7th consecutive month. A total of $170 million WLFI will be distributed.

You hold USD1
Binance takes an hourly snapshot
Based on the weekly average balance, every Friday WLFI is credited to your Spot wallet
A minimum of 0.01 USD1 is enough; there is no individual limit
The last 7 days’ APR is around 5.19%
For those who want the bonus: If you hold USD1 in Margin or Futures, a 1.2x multiplier applies to daily pairs of Open Interest of at least 300 USD1 in the USD1–based futures. If OI drops below 300 on that day, it falls back to 1x. There is also a 70% haircut on USD1 obtained by borrowing other stablecoins.
The campaign has been going on for months and keeps getting extended each time. This time as well, with 170 million WLFI, Fridays will stay interesting until September 4

What catches my attention is the long consolidation on the chart. When this kind of compression breaks, the move can get aggressive.
In short: $WLFI may be sleeping, but I’m watching the chart closely.
