In a one-sided upward trend, the focus of contracts is on short-term and ultra-short-term pullbacks for additional positions and taking profits on short-term rebounds. Because once it rises, there may be several months without significant corrections, with daily small pullbacks. If you perceive the amplitude of the pullback to be too large, you will miss the opportunity, and the more it rises, the more you will miss out. Therefore, contracts should not remain stagnant while rising without making pullbacks and additional positions; short-term trading emphasizes compound interest. Why do I not need to hold a single position indefinitely? I can capture pullback points every day to add positions, achieving compound interest and greater profits. When it moves from 1 to 3, the profit is 2. After pulling back to 2 and adding positions, the profit exceeds 3, yielding more than 33% extra profit. If you hold without action, don’t take profits on rebounds, and don’t add positions on pullbacks, the profit can only be 2. One cannot become overweight in one bite, but small accumulations can lead to great gains. Accumulated water forms a deep pool, and wind and rain thrive there.

If you are not making much money during a one-sided upward trend, waiting for a significant correction in the future to make a profit will not be as easy as it is now, and your confidence will not be as strong as it is now. Human nature is to strive for higher places; when a major correction actually occurs, you will hesitate, be fearful, and wonder if it can rise again after falling, rather than seeing it as a great opportunity. When you are on the mountain, you see the scenery below; however, when you reach the bottom of the mountain and look up at the peak, it feels like an unreachable distance.

Understanding this logic, you will realize why I am the king of one-sided trends in every bull market phase. I neither blindly chase highs nor miss the small pullbacks that occur daily. Therefore, whenever I encounter such market conditions, my asset growth is very rapid.
