According to Spot On Chain, the Ethereum Foundation sold 100 ETH about 45 minutes ago for 334,315.7 DAI. This is the first ETH sale by the Ethereum Foundation since it released its 2024 report on November 8. The report shows that the foundation's asset reserves as of October 31 were US$970.2 million, of which US$788.7 million were crypto assets (99.45% were ETH). The Ethereum Foundation plans to sell ETH regularly to fund key public projects and maintain reserves. As of 2024, the foundation has sold a total of 4,266 ETH, earning US$11.83 million, with an average selling price of approximately US$2,773.
