There are 4 levels to play memes like this:
1. Lv1: Watch the chart and volume to follow, any sudden volume from h4 upwards is easy to fly. Take profit according to the price chart, price action.
2. LV2: Follow smart money with high winrate and good profit, especially those with a lot of money
3. LV3: Check which Kols buy or stand behind. Must have a list of Western and Chinese Kols to follow. Or a bot to follow for leisure.
4. Lv4: Check the team that made that coin, the past of making other coins and how they pushed them.
5. Lv5: Have ECA before the dev appeared.
This level is hard for me to explain now but I have witnessed it.
