What is private placement?
As the name suggests, private equity is the same as stock financing and listing. You will find a stock and it will undergo a private placement round and a public placement round based on its market value. The so-called public fundraising round actually raises funds from the public, while the private equity round only raises funds for private individuals or venture institutions, private angel investors, and the like. Of course, the price of private placement rounds is extremely low, unlike public placement rounds.

It was a new public placement round on coinlist in 2022. You can take a look at its current price. Basically, it increased by more than 20 times at its peak some time ago, and it is still about 15 times now.
