Taking this opportunity, we need to talk about how to safely preserve assets.
1. Don't put it in an exchange. It's very simple. If someone blocks your account, who will you turn to? If someone runs away and collapses, who will you turn to? It is really an unwise choice to hand over your private key to a stranger who has been proven to be a scammer and just got out of prison.
2. Don’t keep your wallet in a hot wallet. Some apps or public networks may have viruses that may steal your private key.
3. Cold storage of private keys. What does it mean? Don’t put it anywhere that can be accessed online, such as WeChat collections, WP*, QQ albums and other apps. It is best to hand-copy (be careful not to make mistakes) 3 copies and store them in a safe place.
4. My personal suggestion is to store assets in three wallets. Even if one is stolen, there are still two left.
5. A cold wallet is made using a separate Apple phone.
