How was your experience with the $HMSTR airdrop?
Mine was pretty cool (as we would say in Venezuela)
Why? Because although I really didn't have any expectations towards this token launch because the time I've been within the web3 ecosystem has made me understand how it really is that "the crypto ecosystem is taken advantage of" and airdrops are more than a way to multiply your capital or obtain large profits, they are more of a marketing technique that serves to promote a crypto project and in turn to be able to give a value within the market to the token, but the fact that it really is usually of great help for those who are starting in crypto as a strategy to have a capital in cryptocurrencies without requiring a greater investment than their time is not denied.
Clarifying the above, now I will make known the reason why I perceived that the modus operandi of the airdrop was not entirely attractive.
1) There were many obstacles when claiming the token, either to an exchange or a wallet.
2) There was a discrepancy with certain instructions and options.
For example, initially the hamter platform provided you with various ways to withdraw your tokens, however, when the deadline came it did not allow you to make any changes in the case that, for example, #binance did not allow you to request your tokens because you did not have verification #KYC
This, in my opinion, takes away the appeal for newbies to want or continue interacting with the crypto ecosystem, since they can see it as an unattractive obstacle or even as some indication that generates doubt in the credibility of what is promoted.
3) Shortage of Dapps or ways to exchange any token for ton to be able to pay the #fees in the case of withdrawing funds directly to a wallet.
What other variables did you observe that caused you dissatisfaction regarding the Hamster Kombat airdrop? I read them, since I want to know your experience and perspective.
