[Wanrun New Energy: Plans to invest $168 million to build Wanrun New Energy's U.S. new energy cathode materials and its industrialization R&D center project] Jinshi Data reported on September 23 that Wanrun New Energy announced that Wanrun New Materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, established Wanrun New Energy Technology (USA) Limited in Delaware, USA, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Wanrun Group Corporation, and finally established Wrestore Technology LLC (Rui Shida Technology Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Company") in South Carolina, USA, to carry out the "Wanrun New Energy U.S. New Energy Cathode Materials and Its Industrialization R&D Center Project". The project is planned to build an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate, which will be carried out in phases.
