After graduating from high school, Griffin continued his studies at Harvard University majoring in economics. In October 1987, he founded the first hedge fund, G&S Capital, with the support of his family and two investors, Saul Golkin and Rush Simonson.
Griffin's idea of using a simple model to determine bond prices caught the attention of Saul Golkin. Golkin is a retiree who happened to hear Griffin's plan and decided to invest US$$ 50,000.
With the support of several investors, including his mother and grandmother, Griffin managed to raise US$$ 265,000. This money was used to form a limited partnership called Convertible Hedge Fund #1. #TipsTradingFutures #Binance #BTC
