[R. Kiyosaki reveals the difference between investing in Bitcoin and real estate]
Well-known investor and author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" Robert Kiyosaki has always recommended investing in gold, silver, and Bitcoin (BTC). In the Rich Dad Channel Podcast on August 22, he explained why he believes Bitcoin is superior to real estate, mainly because of its higher liquidity and flexibility.
Kiyosaki believes that Bitcoin changes hands quickly, as does gold and silver, while real estate does not. Earlier this year, he predicted that gold, silver and Bitcoin would be hotter than tech or real estate from 2024 onwards. In addition, he also pointed out Bitcoin's status as a mature crypto asset, but admitted that there may be new cryptocurrencies that surpass Bitcoin and Ethereum (ETH) in the future, and he will adjust his investment strategy at that time.
Bitcoin is currently trading at $60,780, down 1.01% in the past 24 hours and up 3.94% in seven days, but down 8.50% on the monthly chart. Crypto trading expert Yoddha recently observed that Bitcoin formed a bull flag pattern in the $35,000 to $70,000 range, which could lead to a sharp rebound in the fourth quarter of 2024.
In summary, Kiyosaki is familiar with the market and understands the risks of cryptocurrencies, and following his investment strategy requires careful research and understanding of the risks.
