MtGox has already distributed BTC and BCH to 19,000 of 24,000 customers. This is stated in their letter today.
The process of returning funds is nearing completion.
At night, according to #Arkham, there were new transfers on the Mt.Gox wallet:
- 13,264 BTC (worth about $784 million) sent to an unknown address,
- 1,264 BTC (worth about $75 million) received from the Bitstamp crypto exchange and, 9 hours later, sent back.#CryptoQuantshows what these movements looked like.
According to Arkham,#MtGoxhas 34,164#BTCleft, worth about $2 billion. Still a lot. But it is already difficult to imagine that these movements could significantly dampen the price. The market has accepted and digested the fact of these distributions.
