💢Short-term and medium-term trend identification method
1. How to distinguish short-term trends
There are generally many cycles on the market, such as 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours and daily levels. 。 。 。
We use 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours and daily lines to give you examples
Use the above cycles to distinguish how short-term trends
Short-term: Intraday short-term, we generally look at 15 minutes and 1 hour operations
Specific operation method: First see whether the 1-hour trend is bullish or bearish, and then go to 15 minutes to find pressure support to do more or short orders.
How to judge the trend: We can see from Figure 1 that the lows are rising one by one, and the highs are rising one by one, so 1 hour is a bullish trend. We can see from Figure 2 that the lows are lowered one by one, and the highs are also lowered one by one, so 1 hour is a bearish trend.
How to follow the trend to make a single operation method; if the 1-hour trend is a bullish trend, then we should go to 15 minutes to find a support point below to operate, and do more at a low level, which is the trend single operation method. Similarly, if you want to do a 1-hour contrarian order, you can only find pressure support in the 4-hour cycle.
Note: When the market has an obvious bullish trend, there is no top structure, or an obvious breakout trend, then do not easily enter a short order or a contrarian order.
2. How to distinguish between medium and long-term trends
The difference between long-term and short-term: lies in the profit and the length of the cycle. The general cycle of short-term is the intraday trend, with a return of about 1-2%.
The medium-term cycle is generally about half a month to 2 months, and the return is 10-20%. This is calculated according to spot fluctuations, not leverage.
The long-term cycle is generally half a year to several years, and the return is calculated based on price fluctuations of more than 100%.
The medium-term cycle is: the basic trend of the daily and weekly lines.
The long-term cycle is: do not look at the K-line, only look at the economic trend. #新币挖矿TON #美国CPI数据连续第4个月回落
