The profit-loss ratio usually needs to be flexible according to different trading strategies. There is actually no concept of "optimal profit-loss ratio" in trading.
When we do trend trading, the trading direction is consistent with the general direction, and our trading win rate is higher. However, at the same time, the market has usually traveled a long distance, so there is often not much profit space left for us. We can usually only use a smaller profit-loss ratio, such as 1:1 or 1.5:1, and put the focus of trading on the winning rate.
